RHP Bearings

RHP Self Lube units are simple and effective chemical resistant sealed bearings that can accommodate moderate initial misalignments from mounting errors. They are easily mounted and are particularly useful where fabricated machine frames are employed. 

The Self Lube units are available in a variety of pillow block and flange mounted configurations in one-piece cast iron or two piece pressed steel housings.

Self Lube inserts are wide inner ring ball bearings that are factory charged with grease and effectively sealed. Most units also have re-lubrication facilities that may be required if the units are operating in arduous conditions.

Simple shaft mounting is provided by means of an eccentric locking collar, set screws, adapter sleeve, or the patented S lock.

RHP Silver Lube Bearings offer a range of corrosion resistant ball bearing units specifically designed for use in industries where frequent washdowns are necessary, optimum hygiene standards are required and good chemical resistance is important.

These unit housings are manufactured from Valox 420 thermoplastic resin and are available in pillow block, two bolt flange, four bolt flange and take up unit configuration.

The Silver-Lube bearing inserts are made of stainless steel, have an effective sealing arrangement and are charged with a USDA H1 approved food grease.
